Appointment Scheduling Service Utilizing Our Customized Calendar
   We will interview you by phone to obtain the information (rates, hours, office location, etc.) that you want us to use when answering questions from your prospective patients or clients who call.
   Each receptionist is fully trained on your account and will answer with your office’s greeting. Your office information appears on the receptionist’s screen instantaneously upon answering the call.
   If it is a potential patient, we answer the caller's routine questions about your practice or business.
   If the caller wants an appointment, we schedule it.
   If the caller needs to talk to you or your staff, we transfer the caller to a backline, to a cell phone, or to a private voice mailbox (your choice).
  If you utilize one of our voicemail boxes, it can be set up in two different ways. The first option converts the caller’s message into a .wav file that can be emailed to the address of your choice. This convenient option automatically sends your messages to your hand-held device, personal computer or laptop. The second option automatically places a call to the phone number of your choice to notify you of new messages. You then follow the prompts or call in on a special toll-free phone number that bypasses our operators and allows you to retrieve your voice messages.
